Refund policy

Refunds, Returns & Disputes Policy

At Creole Moon, every product is handcrafted, spiritually prepared, and created with the highest intention. Because our items are faith-based and custom-made, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges on delivered items for any reason, including if you change your mind. This is to preserve the spiritual integrity of our products and protect the energy with which they are created.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment Only)

If you wish to cancel your order, you may request a full refund only if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@creolemoon.com. Once your item has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or refund the order.

Shipping Errors

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 72 business hours (3 business days) of delivery. We will send a replacement at our expense once the original item is returned unaltered. If the returned item shows signs of use or tampering, it will not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged Items or Lost Packages

We take great care to pack every order securely. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged or is lost, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS. Only packages shipped via Priority Mail are insured.

European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the EU: Under the 14-day cooling-off period, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt only if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This does not override our policy for spiritually-prepared items that have been shipped and are not eligible for return once handled.

Dispute Policy

We ask that you contact us first if you have a concern about your order. Filing a chargeback or dispute without giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue may result in your account being restricted from future purchases. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and clear communication.
