HOODOO ALMANAC 2026
The Bibliomancy Edition

"Where every page is a prophecy."

The Hoodoo Almanac 2026 was written to be more than read—it was crafted to be consulted. Designed as a living oracle, each page may be opened at random for bibliomantic insight, allowing the book itself to speak prophecy. Within its vintage-styled pages are folk saints, tarot-scopes, solar and lunar wisdom, and historical accounts drawn from Hoodoo and Southern conjure.

Written by Denise Alvarado and Carolina Dean, with a special contribution by Mawiyah Kai El-Jamah Bomani, this annual volume bridges scholarship and sorcery, history and foresight. Use it as a daily guide, a research companion, or a divinatory tool—the only almanac of its kind where every page is a prophecy.

The Hoodoo Almanac 2026 is a living oracle. A ritual tool. A cultural artifact. A field guide to a sacred year.

Whether you’re casting, praying, planting, or planning—Hoodoo Almanac 2026 gives you the timing, the knowledge, and the ancestral fire to do it right.

We honor the Dead. We live by the signs. We do not comply.

Read on for the full story of our revolution.

Humble Beginnings

In 2012, we introduced the first almanac for the use of rootworkers, hoodoos, voodoos, and all conjurers in the world of Visibles and Invisibles. Containing information such as moon phases, best days for doing specific works, working in the graveyard, Tarot-scopes, working with the saints, kitchen Hoodoo, and weather lore, the Hoodoo Almanac consists of all sorts of information that is useful and entertaining.

Instant Success

To our great joy, the first edition of the Hoodoo Almanac was welcomed with such great enthusiasm by all manner of readers—active practitioners in the magical arts, herbalists and homeopaths, historians and folklorists, fans of the supernatural and occult, and armchair travelers from every walk of life. To paraphrase a famous American actress upon receipt of an unexpected award, “You like us! You really like us!”

Shut the Front Door!

We did it again, y’all. For the third year in a row, we bring to you the hidden cultures of the southern swampers, urban hoodoos and hill folk conjure in our highly successful annual publication. A veritable treasure trove of facts and information for conjurers and the curious alike.

Hoodoo Almanac 2025

This isn’t the almanac your grandmother left out on the kitchen table. It’s the one she kept hidden behind the good book—full of signs, secrets, and spiritual strategies passed down through lived wisdom and whispered prayer. Rooted in Black, Indigenous, and Southern folk traditions, the Hoodoo Almanac 2025 is a ritual tool, cultural artifact, and survival guide for spiritual practitioners in an ever-changing world. It blends folklore, astrology, lunar timing, history, and conjure to help you thrive with power and precision.

“Hoodoo happens outside the ordinary person’s comfort zone. But, in the HOODOO ALMANAC, we don’t hide conjure. We parade it in the streets and give it a sweet tea.”
