物流政策

At Creole Moon, we use USPS and UPS for shipping. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at orders@creolemoon.com, as you may have entered an incorrect email.

Once your order is being prepared, a shipping label is created, and you'll receive a tracking number. Fulfillment typically takes up to 10 business days, not including shipping time. Shipping time is determined by the shipping service you select at checkout. Please note that Creole Moon cannot control delivery times once the package is in the hands of USPS.

  • USPS Priority Mail packages include insurance.
  • USPS First Class Mail packages do not include insurance.

Packages marked "Return to Sender" will be refunded, excluding shipping and handling costs, so long as the items are returned intact, unused, and unbroken. 

Creole Moon is not liable for lost or stolen packages. For lost packages, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS directly. If your items arrive damaged, you will also need to file a claim with USPS or UPS, as they take responsibility once they pick up your order.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Creole Moon is not responsible for packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses, phone numbers, or emails. Packages that are refused or marked "Delivered" or "Abandoned" are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Claims cannot be filed for parcels marked as "Abandoned."

Please Note: As of July 2025, Creole Moon no longer ships internationally. Due to escalating customs fees, policy changes beyond our control, and increased issues with refused deliveries, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend all overseas shipping. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
